Document verification

Check a document against the one we issued.

Every contract, invoice and receipt EiGENRA issues — and every EiGENRA OS build reservation — has its own verify link. Paste its ID or the link to see the record we hold and the SHA-256 fingerprint of what we issued.

Where to find it: in the verify link printed beside the QR code on the document, and in the email it came with. It starts with ctr_, inv_, rcp_ or osr_ — the larger EIG-… number is the document number, not the ID.

What the record shows

Contracts

ctr_

Signed with a passkey. Shows whether both sides have signed and when, the SHA-256 of the signed PDF, and the hash of its terms.

Invoices

inv_

Paid, awaiting payment or voided — with the date it was issued, the total and the SHA-256 of the PDF.

Receipts

rcp_

Payment received: which invoice it settles, when it was paid, the amount and the SHA-256 of the PDF.

EiGENRA OS reservations

osr_

The edition and tier reserved, the date, and the SHA-256 of the reservation. The buyer's details are never shown.

How the check works

  1. Open the record

    Paste the ID or the link above — or scan the QR code on the document, which opens it directly.

  2. Download the canonical PDF

    A contract, invoice or receipt record links to the exact file we issued.

  3. Hash your copy

    One line on your own computer. If it prints the SHA-256 shown on the record, your copy is byte for byte the one we issued. If it doesn't, it isn't.

The ID is the key. There is no list of documents and no search by name or number, and these pages are kept out of search engines — so share a verify link only with people who should see that record.
