Scope
Input handling — what to keep out
The lab tools are intended for non-sensitive scoping inputs only. Please do not submit:
- Personal information of identified or identifiable individuals (names, contact details, customer records)
- Sensitive information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 — health, financial, biometric, racial, political, or genetic information
- Credentials — passwords, API keys, secrets, certificates, tokens
- Confidential client information of others (the client owns it; pasting it here may breach your confidentiality obligations to them)
- Material covered by legal professional privilege
- Material covered by export controls or sanctions
If you accidentally submit something sensitive, email privacy@eigenra.com with the timestamp and we will delete the record.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site or any lab tool to:
- Breach Australian law or any law of the jurisdiction you are accessing from
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content
- Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
- Generate or distribute malicious code, exploits, or instructions for attacks against systems
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, model-extract, or systematically scrape outputs
- Use the tools to make automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects
- Submit volumes of requests intended to degrade or interrupt the service
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or any security control
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any infrastructure other than via responsible disclosure to security@eigenra.com
- Resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercialise lab tool outputs in a way that holds them out as professional advice
Outputs are illustrative, not advice
Outputs from the lab tools are illustrative. They are not legal, financial, tax, regulatory, security, medical, or professional advice and must not be relied on as such. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. You should obtain appropriately qualified advice before acting on any output.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for purpose of any output. Use of the tools is at your discretion and at your risk.
Licence to outputs
You may use, copy, adapt, and reference outputs from the lab tools internally inside your organisation for the purpose of evaluating EiGENRA's services and for general internal scoping. You may share the output with your professional advisors under their normal confidentiality obligations.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Hold the output out as our considered professional advice
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the output
- Use the output to train, fine-tune, or evaluate competing AI models
Rate limits and fair use
We apply per-IP and per-session rate limits to the lab tools to protect the service for everyone. Limits are deliberately generous for normal exploration. If you hit a limit you'll see a friendly message and can retry after a short cooldown.
Sustained or automated traffic that bypasses rate limits is treated as abuse and may result in temporary or permanent IP-level blocking, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
AI inference providers
Lab outputs are generated using third-party AI inference providers selected for their enterprise-grade data handling. By submitting input you understand:
- Inputs are sent to the provider strictly to generate the response
- Providers do not train on input by default and retain inputs only for short abuse-monitoring windows
- A transitory cross-border transit may occur depending on the provider's routing — see /privacy
The current list of sub-processors and the contractual terms applying to each are maintained as part of the Data Processing Addendum at /dpa.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the lab tools — for any user, at any time, without notice — where we reasonably suspect a breach of this policy or where suspension is necessary to protect the service, the practice, or third parties.
Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes are highlighted at the top for thirty days from the effective date. The current effective date is at the top of this page.
