AI consulting UAE · process-first, fixed-price, AU-grade discipline.
Process-first AI for UAE SMEs and mid-enterprise. Delivered from Australia in English, with AU data residency by default and the option to co-locate engagement artefacts in UAE regions on request. AU Privacy Act 2026 obligations are GDPR-grade — the same discipline we ship to Australian clients exports cleanly to UAE PDPL requirements.
Where the work lands in UAE.
Sector relevance is shaped by regulator posture, public AI strategy, and procurement-side maturity. These are the four sectors where our process-first model meets ready buyers fastest.
Financial services (DIFC + ADGM)
Free-zone regulators publish prescriptive AI governance guidance. Our audit-grade evidence model — version-pinned artefacts, taxonomy-driven information architecture, signed deliverables — fits how the DFSA and FSRA expect AI projects to be documented.
Government digitisation
UAE Digital Government Strategy 2025 and the Dubai Paperless Strategy push public-sector entities toward AI-augmented service delivery. Process-first redesign matters more here than in the private sector — the workflows being automated are statutory, not commercial.
Real estate + property tech
Listing, valuation, lease, and tenancy workflows are unusually amenable to AI redesign. We have shipped recommendation and valuation systems at million-asset scale in adjacent geographies — the same architecture applies to UAE inventory.
Energy + utilities
ADNOC, EWEC, and DEWA have published AI strategy positions. SME suppliers into those primes often need fixed-price, capability-transfer AI work to qualify on tender-relevant criteria. Our Audit + Pilot ladder is shaped for exactly that procurement gate.
The statutes the engagement plans against.
We do not promise compliance with frameworks we have not verified for your specific entity. The list below is what shapes scoping conversations with UAE-based clients.
- UAE PDPL — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
Personal Data Protection Law applies to controllers and processors in the UAE. EiGENRA engagements default to consent + legitimate-purpose lawful bases with documented data flows, the same posture the AU Privacy Act 2026 reforms require.
- DIFC Data Protection Law (DPL 5 of 2020)
DIFC operates a separate, GDPR-aligned data protection regime. Engagements with DIFC-licensed entities follow DPL 5 + DPA pattern; we maintain a DPA at /dpa that scales to DPL 5 obligations.
- ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021
Same pattern — ADGM-licensed entities operate under DPR 2021. We accept either as the governing data protection regime in the engagement agreement and route obligations accordingly.
How we engage with UAE's tech ecosystem.
We engage as a delivery partner where it makes sense — not as a residency applicant or a regional reseller. The relationship is honest about being external.
Hub71
Abu Dhabi's tech ecosystem hub. We engage as a delivery partner for SMEs scaling AI capability, not as a residency applicant.
DIFC Innovation Hub
Dubai's regulated innovation centre. Useful entry point for financial-services SMEs needing AI redesign under DFSA-aligned governance.
Dubai Future Foundation
Strategic partner for public-sector AI initiatives. Our process-first methodology aligns with DFF's emphasis on outcome-tracked transformation rather than tool deployment.
How an engagement actually runs from Sydney into UAE.
Sydney AEDT is GST + 7 hours. A UAE 09:00 stand-up overlaps a Sydney 16:00 EOD review — a clean 1-hour window every working day. No fly-in fly-out, no asynchronous-only project drift.
All engagement pricing is quoted in AUD ex GST. Indicative AED equivalents are provided on request; we do not invoice in AED but accept payment in AED via SWIFT or USDC settlement on Pilot and Build engagements.
AU regions by default — AWS Sydney, Azure Australia East. Co-location in MENA regions (AWS Bahrain, AWS UAE, Azure UAE North) available on request, itemised in the SoW with no markup.
Two archetypes most UAE clients start at.
